Loose filled Upholstery squabs

A traditional way for filling Upholstery squabs. Loose filled squabs are suitable for both  back and seat units. We offer Feather,Polyester balls and combinations of the two. With fabrics used to suit the product required including Spunbond, Cotton and Downproof cambric we have for many years always created an East / West baffle construction to help maintain shape and prevent undue fill movement.

We now also offer a CUBE option which creates squares into which the filling is blown thus preventing any fill movement.

FeatherDown Squabs  - A 100% FeatherDown loose fill as tradionally used. The case is constructed of 100% Cotton Downproof cambric with an East / West baffle construction.

FeatherPearl Squabs - A more economical fill yet still with a feather content. The finished product tends to have a more robust denser feel. The case is 100% Downproof cambric with the same baffle options as with the FeatherDown squabs.

Pearl Squabs - As well as standard blown fibre we have been "balling" fibre (we call it Pearl) for a number of years, this helps the fibre maintain resilience and comfort over a longer period. The case is constructed using 100% cotton. The same baffle options as with the FeatherDown squabs.
